- 1980: P.T Tirtha Ria was first established and started
its first production of greige with the capacity of 150,000yds/month.
- 1982-1984: There was an addition of weaving capacity,
which led to a total production of 500,000yds/month.
- 1985: P.T Tirtha Ria had its first processing department
with one flat printing machine.
- 1986: Processing department began the first production
with total capacity of 400,000yrd for screen print and 100,000yrd
for plain dyed.
- 1987: Established the first presence in the export
market. There was an increase in the greige production up to
800,000yds.
- 1988: An increase in the processing capacity up to
1,000,000yrd/month (800,000yrd for screen print and 200,000yrd
for plain dyed) with an additional of two flat printing machines.
- 1990: Wastewater treatment was established. 1991: Another
increase in the processing @capacity up to 1,200,000yrd for
screen print and 200,000yrd for plain dyed. Wastewater treatment
process started at the same time.
- 1998: Computerization in the entire engraving department.
1999: First rotary printing machines being installed. An increase
in the printing capacity up to 1,800,000yrd/month.
- 2000: Upgrading the weaving department.
